1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by QuickTravelSim.com, referred to as “QuickTravelSim,” for the resale of prepaid eSIMs.
The Terms and Conditions are accessible on the QuickTravelSim website (www.quicktravelsim.com).
Any deviations from these terms will only be accepted through an explicit written agreement.
2. Service Description
2.1. eSIM Sales
QuickTravelSim offers prepaid eSIMs for purchase. Customers can register and buy eSIMs directly through the QuickTravelSim website.
- Credit card aliases may be stored to simplify future purchases, allowing customers to top-up or buy new eSIMs without re-entering their details.
- QuickTravelSim will never charge a credit card automatically without explicit consent. By default, automatic top-up functionality is disabled.
2.2. Account Registration
To use QuickTravelSim services, customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions. During checkout, customers provide the following details:
- Full name
- Billing country
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
2.3. QuickTravelSim Commitments
QuickTravelSim strives to deliver high-quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free performance.
2.4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must not:
- Engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
- Cause damage to or impair the network.
If these obligations are breached, QuickTravelSim may suspend the Customer’s service. During suspension, all charges under the agreement remain payable.
2.5. Device Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices are eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. Compatibility depends on the carrier and country of origin. Customers should refer to the compatibility page for guidance.
By confirming device compatibility during the purchase process, customers are accountable for the accuracy of the information provided. Note that the compatibility list may not include newly released eSIM devices.
3. Contract Initiation, Duration, and Termination
The service contract begins when an order is completed on the QuickTravelSim website or app.
- eSIM activation is the customer’s responsibility, following the activation policy outlined in the eSIM activation email.
- Contracts terminate when a data package expires, or the eSIM is deleted from the device.
4. Payments and Charges
4.1. Payment Methods
QuickTravelSim accepts payments via Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payments can be made in various currencies selectable from the website menu. Transactions are securely processed by Stripe.
4.2. Charges
- All charges include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Customers cannot offset claims against QuickTravelSim unless agreed upon or confirmed by a court.
4.3. Account Balance and Credits
- Customers earn credits for each eSIM purchase or top-up via credit card, which can be used for future purchases.
- Partial payments are possible if credits are insufficient, provided the remaining amount is at least £1.00.
- Credits are non-expiring, non-refundable, non-transferable, and currency-specific.
QuickTravelSim reserves the right to modify, revoke, or deny credit benefits at its discretion.
5. Delivery
Purchased eSIMs appear immediately under the “My eSIMs” section of the customer’s QuickTravelSim account. Customers will also receive a confirmation email with installation instructions.
6. Refund, Cancellation, and Modification Policy
6.1. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements are available if an eSIM cannot be installed or used due to a technical issue attributable to QuickTravelSim.
6.2. Modifications
eSIM data packages are sold as-is and cannot be modified after purchase.
7. Liability and Warranty
QuickTravelSim is not liable for service interruptions or unavailability.
- The company disclaims responsibility for any roaming charges incurred due to improper device configuration. Customers must ensure that roaming is disabled on their primary SIM to avoid additional charges.
