We kindly remind you that it is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing any plan.
Important Information
🚨 Refunds can only be requested if the eSIM has not been installed. 🚨
- Refund requests must be made within 15 calendar days from the purchase date.
- A $2.50 processing fee applies to each eSIM refund.
- The processing fee will be waived if the issue is due to our error (e.g., the selected country is not supported).
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your account on QuickTravelSim.com.
- Navigate to “My Account” > “My Orders”.
- Click on “Request Refund”.
Eligibility Criteria
- If the refund button is unavailable, it indicates that:
- The eSIM price is less than the refund fee, or
- The eSIM has already been installed.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take a few days to reflect, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
